Start with one workflow at a fixed price, agreed in writing. After we review the pilot, a monthly retainer can cover support, improvements, and new workflows within an agreed amount of work.

Sized to the workflow, not to a package.

The first call is free. We make an initial fit check from the process and tools you show us. If deeper technical discovery is needed, we agree on that work before it starts. You get the pilot scope, fixed price, and acceptance checks in writing. No paid work starts without your approval.

What sets the price:

How many steps the workflow has, and how many of your tools it touches.

How much of it is fixed rules, and how much needs a review step for your judgment.

The quality of the information available, including forms, messages, notes, or photos.

How much testing it takes before you can trust it on real jobs.

What the one price covers:

The agreed process, its inputs, and the important exceptions written down.

The process written step by step and corrected with you before any code exists.

The build, in your accounts, connected to your real data.

Testing routine jobs and difficult cases against the acceptance checks in your scope.

Training, plain English instructions, and a review of the pilot's results.

Pricing questions

Why is there no number on this page?

Because a quote workflow for a two person detail shop and a paperwork workflow for an office with four carriers are not the same size, and a number that fits both would be wrong for both. The 30 minute call is where it gets sized. You get the number in writing on one page, and you decide from there.

Does the call cost anything?

No. It is 30 minutes, there is no pitch deck, and if it is not a fit I will say so on the call instead of selling you something.

What if the scope changes halfway through?

Then we write the change down and agree on it before it happens. The original number does not move on its own. If you want more built, that is a new line on paper, not a surprise on the invoice.

What does the retainer cover?

The workflows covered, maintenance, support availability, and capacity for improvements or new builds. We agree on priorities together. It is not an unlimited-build or round-the-clock support promise.

Is there a contract?

The pilot agreement sets the scope, price, responsibilities, and acceptance checks. Any retainer has its own written scope, monthly capacity, support expectations, price, and terms before it starts.

Do I have to take the retainer?

No. The pilot stands on its own. If there is useful ongoing work, we can agree on a retainer. Your workflow stays in your accounts, and any continuing third-party tool costs still apply.

Who is this not for?

If you want a piece of software to log into and tinker with, this is not that. And if your week does not have a workflow worth automating yet, I will tell you that on the call rather than build something that will not hold.
