Why a setup fee and a monthly?
The setup fee covers the real work of standing up your private server, connecting your tools, and training the AI on your business. The monthly covers hosting, monitoring, maintenance, and ongoing changes — so it keeps working as your business changes.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Service is month-to-month with 30 days’ notice to cancel. The setup fee is one-time.
Can I start small and add more later?
Yes. Most clients start with the essentials and add more as they see what their AI can take off their plate. We’ll scope the right fit on your discovery call — no upsell pressure.
How do you handle my data and credentials?
We run your operations on a stack we manage for you and hold your credentials ourselves — no credential brokers, no third party renting access to your logins. Some tools we operate are vetted third-party services (like your business phone/CRM and a licensed texting carrier); we choose them carefully, keep your secrets in a store we self-host, and never sell your data. Your setup is isolated to you.
Is the AI usage included, or will I get a surprise bill?
Included. Every build comes with generous AI usage built in — enough to run your operations without watching a meter. There’s no per-message or per-token billing on your side. If your needs ever outgrow your setup, we’ll talk about the right fit well before it’s an issue. No surprise bills.
Does the AI work with the tools I already use?
Yes. It connects to the tools your business already runs on — your CRM, Gmail, calendar, and more — and automatically syncs payments and invoices directly to QuickBooks so your bookkeeping stays clean and tax-ready. You don’t have to rip out what’s working; we connect to it, and we can replace the manual operational invoicing pieces you’d rather drop.
Will the AI talk to my customers, or do I approve things first?
Your choice. Some clients let their AI respond to customers directly; others have it draft everything and run it by them for approval before anything sends. We set it up either way and you can change it any time — nothing irreversible happens without your sign-off.
