Do I need to know how to code?
No. We handle all the technical work. You just tell us what you want automated in plain English, and we build it. If you want to learn how it works, we're happy to explain — but it's not required.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every service on this page is a one-time payment. Once we build it, it's yours. If you want ongoing support or upgrades later, we offer that separately — but there's no recurring fee to keep your agent running.
What's the refund policy?
Simple: if we can't deliver what we promised, you get your money back. For consulting, if we can't help in the hour, full refund. For builds, if we can't get it working within the agreed timeline, full refund.
How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude?
ChatGPT and Claude are chat tools — they answer when you ask. An AI agent is different: it runs on its own, remembers everything, has its own schedule, and can take actions without you being there. We build the agent, configure it for your business, and make sure it actually works reliably.
Can I try before I pay?
Yes — Agent HQ (our platform launching April 30) has a Starter tier where you can run your own agent. The services on this page are for people who want us to build something custom or need hands-on help getting set up.
What if I need something not listed here?
Email us. We've built everything from multi-agent research teams to automated content factories. If AI can do it, we can probably build it. If we can't, we'll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.
